Return Policy

Equipment and supplies that are deemed to be unsuitable or inappropriate for the client, either by the client, the caregiver, or others involved in the care of the client shall be accepted for return by the company, with no charges incurred by the client, if the company is notified within 10 days of delivery.

Additional provisions:

• A physician or lawfully licensed practitioner’s order shall be required for equipment requiring a prescription.

• Any equipment or supplies that are soiled cannot be accepted for return after use.
