Transcend Micro CPAP - super small, works with your current mask - $779 SALE $701 through April 16, 2024

  • THE WORLD'S SMALLEST CPAP

Weighing less than 0.5 lbs. and less than 4 inches wide, the Transcend Micro is the smallest, most portable CPAP currently available. It looks great on a bedside table at home and can function as your primary sleep therapy device; but it also packs easily into carry on luggage, a backpack or a purse so you can get a good night's sleep wherever you are.

A FULL FEATURED AUTO-CPAP WITH COMFORT EXTRAS

Yes, Transcend Micro is incredibly small; but it's also a full featured auto-CPAP machine that monitors your breathing and automatically adjusts therapy throughout the night to ensure you're receiving the optimum pressure for a comfortable and successful night's sleep.

Transcend Micro's GentleRise Ramp feature delivers a lower pressure when you begin therapy so that falling asleep feels more comfortable and natural. GentleRise then gradually increases pressure over time until you reach the optimum level. Plus, it’s adjustable, so you can fine-tune your ramp times or turn off the ramp entirely to suit your personal preference.

In addition to ramp and auto-adjusting thereapy, Transcend Micro includes AirRelief EZEX Expiratory Pressure Relief which makes it easier and more comfortable to breathe while you sleep by reducing pressure on exhalation.

    COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR FAVORITE MASK!

The Transcend Micro is compatible with any CPAP mask. Simply connect your mask to the provided Transcend Micro Airflex hose and sleep your way. There are no adapters or special mask packs to worry about, just use the mask you like best.

    PORTABLE POWER OPTIONS

The Transcend Micro comes with an AC (wall) power adapter for when you’re at home, at your cabin, or at a hotel. For time away from fixed power consider the optional Transcend PowerAway P8 portable battery. The PowerAway P8 will power your transcend for 1-2 nights while camping, flying or travelling and it can also be used as a backup Uninterruptible Power Supply for unexpected power outages at home.

    SAY GOODBYE TO EXCESS MOISTURE

The Transcend Micro’s convenient drying mode removes excess moisture from your mask and tubing when you wake up each morning. Simply activate the 30-minute drying cycle when you stop sleep therapy and Transcend Micro will deliver a steady stream of air through the hose and mask so they're dry and waiting for you the next time you're ready for sleep.

    TRANSCEND MICRO IS QUIET

Featuring unique air-bearing blower technology coupled with built-in sound and vibration dampening, the Transcend Micro delivers a quiet, restful night of sleep, unnoticeable to users and bed partners alike. Attach the Transcend WhisperSoft muffler to the device for extra comfort.

    COMPLIANCE DATA AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Transcend Micro users can take an active role in CPAP sleep therapy with MySleepDash, a mobile application that keeps you informed about your sleep. From information about your therapy hours to pressure and leak summaries, MySleepDash allows you to monitor your nightly CPAP therapy and progress. You can also quickly review the settings of your device, access Frequently Asked Questions, and download or share your compliance with your healthcare provider. In addition to the MySleepDash App, Windows PC users may download Transcend Desktop Software to view data on a computer.

iBreeze AutoCPAP - affordable, full-featured with memory card $199

  • The iBreeze is full of smart features including automatic altitude adjustment, leak compensation, power save mode, auto start, and much more. Interested in learning more about what sets the Resvent iBreeze APAP machine apart? Read on to find out more!

    Intelligent Humidification

Humidification can make sleep apnea therapy much more comfortable, moisturizing the pressurized air to prevent dry mouth and nasal passages. The iBreeze series features an integrated humidifier that monitors water levels and will turn off automatically when levels are too low. There’s even a visible alert to let you know.

The heated humidifier can also detect ambient moisture and temperature in the room! The ideal moisture level is maintained throughout the night to prevent condensation from building up within the CPAP mask and tubing.

    Pressure Relief

In addition to the iBreeze’s automatic pressure adjustment, Resvent’s Intelligent Pressure Release (IPR) algorithm function allows for a softer, lower pressure range during exhalation. This helps further customize the sleep apnea therapy experience for each user, allowing for easier exhalation that feels more natural

    Smart Ramp Settings

With Smart Ramp, the iBreeze starts out at a low air pressure that is barely noticeable, gradually increasing to full therapeutic pressure as you settle in and fall asleep.

    Easy-to-Read LCD

iBreeze’s 3.5” LCD screen is easy to navigate to adjust your therapy, ramp, and comfort settings, even in the middle of the night without your glasses or contacts. There is an SD card option and the iBreeze is wi-fi enabled as well, so you can use the iMatrix sleep data management app to see more in-depth stats and information.

    Compact Design

The iBreeze dimensions are 9.4" x 7" x 5", which means you can easily fit a lamp or alarm clock on your bedside table along with the machine (though the iBreeze can double as your alarm clock too!)

    Leak Detection

The iBreeze automatically senses and alerts you to air pressure leaks, which can happen if your masks doesn’t fit well or if your supplies are worn out. Full strength air pressure is critical to make sure your sleep therapy is effective! No one wants to wake up in the morning only to realize their therapeutic pressurized air was leaking out through the night. And not only does it detect a leak, its leak compensation feature will automatically boost your pressure to make up for it!

It can also sense and alert you when mask holes are blocked, which can happen occasionally if you shift positions during the night or if your bedding is obstructing your mask. Consult your user manual to find out more about how to configure the alerts and settings.

    Mask Compatibility

You can comfortably use any kind of BiPAP or CPAP mask you wish with the iBreeze’s standard 22 mm connection. This includes full face masks, nasal masks, and even those manufactured by another brand like the ResMed Airfit or DreamWear by Philips.

NightOwl Home Sleep Test - clinically validated, low cost alternative - $199

  • About NightOwl

The NightOwl is a clinically validated and FDA-approved device that detects sleep apnea symptoms with a sensor that attaches to your fingertip. It is a Type IV device that uses both an accelerometer and photoplethysmography (PPG) to record the following metrics:

Actigraphy: a built-in accelerometer tracks actigraphy, which is a measure of body motion. By monitoring limb movements, the device is able to determine when the user is asleep or awake.

Blood oxygen level: The device uses PPG technology to monitor blood oxygen level, which decreases during a sleep apnea event.

Peripheral arterial tone (PAT): PAT is a measure of changes in pulse volume. A person’s heart rate and blood pressure decrease during an apnea event and increase when they begin breathing again, making PAT a valuable tool for the detection of OSA.

Apnea-hypopnea index (AHI): AHI is a scale used to measure OSA severity that’s calculated by dividing the total number of episodes of shallow or halted breathing by the total number of hours a person is asleep. The NightOwl uses the three aforementioned bodily metrics to calculate an AHI score.

Rx is required, and a board-certified sleep specialist interpretation is included. Results are typically returned within 7 days.

Useful for anyone who is suspected of having obstructive sleep apnea
