Perform medical billing and coding functions for a wide variety of home healthcare products and services. Strong critical thinking skills are a must. Prior accounts receivable, banking, or medical billing experience preferred.
Billing, Level 1
High School diploma or GED
Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
21 years of age or older
Background and drug screen

Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients/public
Billing, Level 2
Same as above, with direct contact with insurance plans for critical revenue qualification activities
Long term strategic planning experience,
Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently on large tasks and projects to completion with measurable results
Billing, Level 3
Prior experience with full revenue cycle management exceeding 1M in accounts receivable
You will perform day-to-day interaction with our patients, medical professionals, and referral sources by providing equipment and supplies with verbal and hands on instruction, phone support, order entry, and other activities.
CR, Level 1
High School diploma or GED

CR, Level 2 additional requirements
Required
4-year degree from a nationally accredited college or university OR significant experience in providing Durable Medical Equipment with an emphasis on hands-on patient interactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate at a high level with prescribers for patient care and product selection
Preferred
Prior DME experience or related medical office
Computer experience, Excel, or medical billing software experience

Equipment Technicians , Level 1
High School diploma or GED
Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
21 years of age or older
Background, drug screen, and clean driving record
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Weekend on-call duty required
Demonstrated ability to communicate with patients/public
Equipment Technicians , Level 2
Serve as a lead Technician with enhanced duties that include all those of Level 1 to include day to day routing of service calls and route scheduling
Respiratory Therapy, Level 1
Same as above, including RT degree or equivalent
Alabama RT license in good standing
Respiratory Therapy, Level 2
Same as above, including demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with physicians directly for the provision of advanced home care therapy and equipment (prior sales experience preferred)
